Habitat homes are at least three bedrooms a minimum of 1200 square feet.  The homes are designed to meet the specific needs of the partner family.

Habitat homes are equipped with brand new appliances throughout the home.  This includes a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Habitat homes are located on the lot with future development by the homeowner in mind.  Initial landscaping is completed as part of the Habitat process.  Although a carport or garage is not included in the Habitat design, the house is located contemplating any future addition by the homeowner.

Habitat homes are designed and constructed with energy efficiency as a priority.

From the HVAC system to the water heater and appliances in the home, the Habitat design and construction teams complete the homes with future heating and cooling costs in mind.
